Tianna Tuamoheloa, born to military parents in Fort Riley, Kansas on January 21, 1993, moved base-to-base during her formative years, though, ultimately calling Las Vegas, Nevada home for the last 15 years.
She attended college at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she majored in Vocal Performance. As a means to pay for her education, Tianna competed at her first pageant in 2014, Miss Nevada Collegiate America, and not only did she win the crown but she succeeded in her goal at winning the scholarship prize package, along with awards for Miss Congeniality, Most Photogenic, Best in Talent and the Community Service Award. This win jumpstarted her passion for pageantry as she went on to compete at the national pageant, Miss Collegiate America in Orlando, Florida in 2015.
Tianna made her transition into the Miss USA system, competing at the Miss Nevada USA pageant where she placed first runner-up in 2017. Although she didn't win the title, Tianna was determined to continue striving for it by formulating a plan which was the game changer behind her success. In 2018, Tianna planned for, competed at and won the preliminary pageant, Miss Silver State USA, under the direction of Marissa Castillo. This allowed her to utilize her sponsored-filled prize packages which included professional assistance with successful pageant coach, Kristen Bradford of Crown Diva.
With a strategic plan in place, Tianna went on to make history as the first woman of Samoan descent to win the title of Miss Nevada USA in 2019. She continued her historical reign learning from Interview Consultant and Director of Miss Universe Iceland, Jorge Esteban of PageantSmart, which led her to become the first Samoan woman to compete on the Miss USA stage, proudly placing in the Top 5.
Tianna is professionally represented by TNG Models Inc. where she has been modeling for 10+ years across print, commercial and TV/film projects. Since 2016, Tianna has been heavily involved in the world of combat sports as an official, Top Rank Knockout for Top Rank Boxing Inc, which has afforded her the opportunities to travel immensely, expand her network and allow her the freedom to focus on her business within pageantry.
